About Point Academy.
Point Academy is a London training company built around one idea: practical AI skills your team uses the same week. We have delivered AI and productivity workshops for over 50 organisations across financial services, telecoms, healthcare, and the public sector.
Every private workshop is led at senior level by our founder, Sebastian Engstrom, backed by fifteen years in senior leadership. We never hand your team to junior trainers or subcontractors.

What procurement asks.
How quickly can you deliver?
Typically two to four weeks from scope call to delivery. Half-day formats can move faster. We never overbook the calendar, so dates are real once confirmed.
How does invoicing work?
Invoices issue the same day as booking, payable within 14 to 30 days. We can sign your supplier terms, take a PO number, and provide vendor onboarding paperwork as needed.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We sign mutual NDAs as standard for any session that touches your team’s actual data, prompts, or workflows.
What if my team is mixed roles?
Mixed-role sessions are common. We design the agenda so each role gets concrete value. Half the time can split into role-specific tracks if useful.
Do you take data outside the room?
No. Anything your team works on during the session stays on their devices. Slides and exercises live with us; their work product lives with them.
Can you adapt the content to our industry?
Yes. Every private workshop is built around your team’s real tools and workflows. Examples, exercises, and templates adapt to your sector.
