1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of the Point Academy website and your booking of our training courses. By booking a course, you agree to these terms.

2. Bookings and payment

Course bookings are confirmed upon receipt of payment. Prices are listed in GBP and are subject to VAT at the prevailing UK rate (currently 20%). Payment is processed securely via Stripe or by invoice for business customers.

3. Cancellations and refunds

Cancellations made more than 14 days before the course date are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 14 days may be transferred to a future session. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule courses, in which case a full refund or transfer will be offered.

4. Intellectual property

All course materials, slides, templates, and content provided during training are the property of Point Academy Ltd. Attendees may use materials for personal and internal business purposes but may not redistribute or resell them.

5. Limitation of liability

Point Academy provides training for educational purposes. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes from attending our courses. Our liability is limited to the course fee paid.

6. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on this page.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
